Name: Teddy
Breed: bichon x
Age: 3yrs (just)
Kids: yes
Dogs: - possibly a calm female
Cats: no
Teddy is a friendly, sociable and loving boy who likes his walks playing and the sound of his own voice. Teddy is not a fan of being left for too long or travelling in the car.
Teddy is EPILEPTIC, he needs medication everyday and regular blood tests.. He does have 1 or 2 fits a month but he quickly recovers and they do not seem to phase this lovely boy. He has just had his medication tweaked and is getting on much better now.
Teddy is currently in foster but unfortunately unable to stay there due to a new job. They have been amazing with him during his stay
We cover vet costs etc whilst in foster.
He really is a fun loving boy who has a lot of love and fun to give.
Teddy is chipped and castrated.
Name: Maya
Breed: GSD Cross
Age: 7 months
Dogs: No
Kids: 10+
Cats: No
Maya is looking for an active home who will continue her training and socialisation. She has been in foster with other dogs but will be better as an only dog in her new home.
She walks well with a halti, and enjoys exploring and playing. Maya also enjoys de-stuffing toys!
She has no spacial awareness and thinks she's a lap dog, so we are recommending children 10+ as she is a clumsy girl and a big puppy! She can also be guardy over her food so she needs to be left alone to eat.
Maya is crate trained and is ok to be left but would do well with someone around as she's young.
Maya is chipped, vaccinated and will be under a neutering contract.
If you think you're suitable for Maya, please please get in touch and tell us all about you and how you're suitable for our little cheeky menace!
Cassie is a gorgeous girlie who came to us from police kennels back in September. She hadn't done anything wrong, she had been taken in as was being mistreated. Since being in foster she has become a bit of a pampered pooch and loves her humans, walks and food!
We are looking for an active home for this girl with a decent sized garden as she is always on the go and loves her walks, playing tug of war with her rope toys and racing around the garden chasing off wildlife. She enjoys mental stimulation too and is great at a game of fetch!
Cassie is very clever and has clearly been well loved in a past home. She knows commands and has obviously been trained. She is also a mastermind at opening doors (push and pull!). So will need boundaries setting. She is crate trained so can be crated overnight if needed (although she loves a sofa if allowed!).
Cassie can be strong on a lead when excitable although walks wonderfully in areas she knows. Her recall hasn’t been tested out of an enclosed paddock so this may need a bit of work. She can socialise with other dogs outside with proper introductions but doesn’t care for the attention of boisterous males!
It must also be noted she does like the sound of her own voice and barks a lot in excitement! She is very loyal, loving and affectionate. She enjoys lots of attention and esp loves being cuddled up next to you underneath a blanket! She will make a wonderful forever dog for someone out there.
Name: Dax
Breed gsd
Age 3yrs
Kids 8+yrs
Dogs no
Cats no
Dax came to us severely emaciated and bald it's taken a while but he's fine now and ready for his forever home.
Dax is a cheeky boy who can open doors and loves to pinch food if he can. He is an affectionate boy who loves a good play.
He can be left for a few hours - can be a bit vocal to start with, but soon settles down.
Dax's down side is he is very reactive to dogs out and about, so walking him can be a challenge but our trainer is happy to work on that with any new owner.
Dax foster family loves him but they cannot keep him due to work commitments so he needs his forever family if you feel that is you, please apply below and tell us all about you.
Name: Jase
Age: 3
Breed: Lurcher
Kids: 5 yrs +
Dogs: Yes
Cats: No
Jase is a 3yo gorgeous entire lurcher.
We are looking for a foster for him within Northamptonshire.
He can be with other dogs and children 5+. No birds, cats or other small furries as has a high prey drive.
6ft+ fence is also needed.
Jase is a happy chappy who has a family and us well loved but his owner is now working 2 jobs and not enough time for Jase. He hasn't lived in a home but is a clean boy in his kennel. Jase enjoys long walks, company and food lol. He will need a patient foster to help him with the transition to living in a home and understand there may be a few accidents.
Jase is ok to be left and isn't a chewer. He loves his people and can get upset if left too long hence being part of the reason for rehoming. Jase thinks he's a lapdog so don't be surprised if he tries to sit on your knee for a snuggle lol. He really really is a lovely friendly boy!
He is chipped but needs vaccs restarting and also neutering which will be covered by us.
Name Bobby
Breed Southern cross Australian bulldog
Age 2yrs
Dogs possibly
Cats not tested
Kids 10+yrs
Bobby came to us in a bit of a mess with cherry eyes which we have had fixed. He's always lived in a kennel so he is having to get used to living in a house but he is learning.
Bobby is crate trained and can be left for a few hours with no problem. Bobby is an affectionate boy who likes to please, he likes to de-stuff teddies and snuggle up.
Bobby has had entropian and his cherry eye fixed since being with us. We have also had him chipped, vaccinated and neutered. If you think you can offer Bobby an understanding patient home please apply below.
Name Koko
Breed Cavapoo
Age 4
Dogs no
Cats no
Kids 10+
Koko came to us through no fault of her own and has been with us a little while now. Whilst she is in foster with other dogs, she would be much happier on her own but can still socialise with play dates or walks with friends.
She can be guardy over food, treats and toys and be a bit of a jealous bum, she does love her humans and enjoys fusses. Koko is looking for an active home who will take her out and about and give her rules and boundaries. She will need regular brushing and a trip to the groomers every 2-3 months to keep her coat tidy and matt free.
We have a trainer on board if needed.
Koko is chipped, vaccinated, spayed, up to date with flea and wormer.
Name: Charlie
Breed: Lurcher
Age: 8
Dogs: Yes
Cats/small furries: No
Kids: Yes
Charlie came to us as a stray, we've since found out he was a regular houdini and went on wanders, so a home with secure doors or upside down door handles (if you know, you know!) is a must. He has been very good in foster.
Charlie can be reactive to some little dogs on a walk but is in foster with a female jack chi. He has been out and about with us on missions in the car, helping with charity donations and deliveries, he can unclip a seatbelt so needs securing by his collar and harness.
Charlie is clean in the house, can sometimes be a bit vocal when left but this can be worked on. He isn't destructive when left but he would prefer someone to be home with him. He is looking for an active home to show him the world.
Charlie is chipped, vaccinated and castrated.
Name: Taylor
Age: 3.5 years
Breed: Dalmatian
Dogs: yes (outside of home)
Cats: No
Children: 10+years
Taylor came to us when it became apparent he couldn't live with another dog in the home. His family tried for a long time to make it work but sadly didn't.
We are looking for an active large breed experienced owner who is going to give Taylor exercise, rules/boundaries, lots of love and commitment.
Taylor is a lovely boy who loves to bound around the garden, enjoys walks (is strong on a lead so is walking with a halti) and can socialise with other dogs outside with proper introductions. He enjoys a fuss and being cuddled up to you too.
He is fully vaccinated and chipped and has a neuter booked with our vets.
Name: Jack Jack
Breed: Terrier x
Age: 11
Kids: 12+
Cats: no
Dogs: Yes preferable female
Jack Jack is a typical terrier who loves his own way so he needs firm owner(s)who can put their foot down when needed. JackJack is house trained, crate trained, loves a walk and a cuddle and can be left for a few hours with no problem.
He definitely has his likes and dislikes lol, not a huge fan of the postman, delivery men or workmen. Jack Jack is more wary of males than females but will learn to trust and bond over time. He originally came to us from a very busy home with lots of children who weren't as kind to him as they should have been and he wasn't very well socialised either but has come such a long way.
Jack Jack is currently in foster with a female jack russell and seems to enjoy her company but he would also be fine as an only dog.
If you have experience handling bossy little dogs and are looking for a new companion Jack Jack is your man.
We are preferring to rehome within Northamptonshire. Meet, homecheck and adoption donation applies.
